Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jilli platform available at jilli.cc (hereinafter referred to as "jilli," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jilli platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of jilli following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jilli. They apply to all services, games, promotions, and features offered through jilli.cc, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported interface.

Eligibility

To register and use the jilli platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. jilli strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts on jilli.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing jilli from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jilli is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jilli or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from jilli or any affiliated platform for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

jilli reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy or maintain any eligibility requirement may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any pending bonuses, and, where applicable, withholding of funds pending investigation.

Account Registration

To access the full range of jilli services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jilli. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorization, you must notify jilli support immediately.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete;
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change;
• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

jilli reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilli login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your jilli account while your credentials are in use will be attributed to you and treated as authorized, regardless of whether you personally initiated the activity. jilli shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must:

1. Contact jilli's 24/7 live chat support immediately;
2. Change your password as soon as access to your account is restored;
3. Cooperate fully with jilli's security investigation.

jilli employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections to protect your data in transit. However, no security system is impenetrable, and jilli cannot guarantee absolute security of your account against all possible threats. You are encouraged to use a strong, unique password and to enable any additional security features offered by the Platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jilli supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other approved channels. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time at jilli's discretion.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jilli reserves the right to request documentary proof of ownership of any payment method used in connection with your account.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on jilli:

• Minimum deposit: ₱5 or as otherwise specified on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks.
• Currency: All transactions on jilli are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Verification: jilli may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request.
• Fees: jilli does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Declined transactions: jilli reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or otherwise contrary to applicable law.

Bonuses & Promotions

jilli may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all jilli bonuses unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion terms.
• jilli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• jilli's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the jilli platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

jilli's slot games and table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems used on the Platform are tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with applicable standards.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by jilli's game provider partners. Live game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under controlled studio conditions and are not subject to RNG certification requirements.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jilli's policy is as follows:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on jilli's side, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• If a disconnection occurs on your side (e.g., loss of internet connection), the game round will be resolved according to the game's standard rules, and the outcome will be recorded in your bet history.
• jilli's records of game outcomes shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute regarding a game result.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilli platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or at any other time; impersonating another person; using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one registered account on jilli.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements or extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Money laundering: Using jilli for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. jilli complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with jilli games or the Platform without express written authorization from jilli.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jilli's systems, databases, or game software; introducing malicious code; or interfering with the normal operation of the Platform.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to jilli by any person under 21 years of age.

Responsible Gaming

jilli is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We recognize that for most players, online casino gaming is a form of entertainment. However, we also acknowledge that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jilli platform, including but not limited to the jilli brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials (collectively, "jilli Content"), is the exclusive property of jilli or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilli platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jilli Content without prior written authorization;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jilli Content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jilli software or game code;
• Use any jilli Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party product or service.

Any unauthorized use of jilli Content may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilli, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jilli platform or any content, services, or features thereof.

Without limiting the foregoing, jilli shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond jilli's reasonable control;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform, which are an inherent and accepted risk of gambling activity;
• Any failure or delay in performance resulting from force majeure events, including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or other events beyond jilli's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, jilli's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilli account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

jilli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete required identity or payment method verification;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority;
• Any other reason that jilli, in its sole discretion, considers sufficient to justify account action.

You may close your jilli account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 10, 11, 13, and 15 — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the jilli platform, you should first contact jilli's customer support team via live chat or email. Our support team will endeavor to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support process, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to jilli's compliance team at the email address provided in Section 16 of these Terms. jilli will acknowledge receipt of your formal complaint within five (5) business days and will provide a substantive response within thirty (30) business days.

jilli's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions shall be final and binding, subject only to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.

Amendments

jilli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilli will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered contact details.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the jilli platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the jilli platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, that cannot be resolved through jilli's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall limit jilli's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
